'Jersey change decision taken without my prior knowledge': Tirkey to HI
In an email sent to executive board members on Friday morning, accessed by TOI, Tirkey said he had sought a written clarification from Hockey India officials regarding the basis of the decision, the process followed and the circumstances under which the change was approved and implemented.
