Kerala Police Association moves High Court against Home dept.’s order restructuring police forums
ACS (Home) ordered restructuring of KPA including all ranks from CPOs to grade SIs, and revamp of KPSOA by including ranks from SI to SP (non-IPS). The move renders another association, KPOA, redundant. KPA contends that each forum has its own objectives and questions the ACS authority to pass such an order
