Meta's smart glasses are being banned across United Kingdon. Wetherspoons, Soho House, ATG Theatres and restaurateur Jeremy King's London venues have all restricted the Kylie Jenner-fronted wearables over privacy fears. Owners argue the cameras enable surreptitious filming of guests and staff. Meta points to its non-disableable capture LED, but the "pervert glasses" backlash is now costing the company real-world access.
